How do I get the rate sheet?

You will receive them on a daily basis via email.  Or you can download them directly from our website by selecting the Rate Sheet tab located off of our main page. 

Note:  Acrobat Reader is required to view the rate sheets.

How do I lock a loan?

You can lock a loan manually by completing the lock request form and faxing it to our Marketing Department or you can lock your loan through WebTrac Pro online.

You can find the Sellers Guide on your desktop on the server in the Sellers Guide folder.
